The tape that formally held me upright.
Hurray! I am now tape free thanks to time (five days) and a hot shower. Here's the tape backstory. Now that I no longer have the constant physical reminder not to bend from the waist, I'll have to remember on my own. So far so good.
Update: Being tape free lasted about three days. It was another three weeks before I was able to be tape free for good.
